Introducing the Business Sustainability Roundtable
The business Sustainability Roundtable is a council of regional governments, businesses, and stakeholders with a shared purpose: bring together leaders from government, business, and academia to collaborate on key sustainability and economic development challenges facing the region.
History
The Business Sustainability Roundtable was founded by Duke Energy, SAS, North Carolina State University, FUJILIM Diosynth Biotechnologies, UBS, John Deere Turf Care Wake County Government and Wake County Economic Development, a program of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
Facilitated by WCED and the Chamber, the roundtable focuses on the achievement of measurable results for sustainability and business, and in the development of strong peer-to-peer mentorship opportunities to motivate excellence, improvement and impact.
