Plans continue to advance for the construction of a new Bandwidth headquarters in Raleigh with more details and renderings of the project unveiled Tuesday as well as news that a site plan application has been submitted to the City of Raleigh.
The campus, which also means some 1,000 new jobs at Bandwidth, a communications services provider, will be located at 2201 Edwards Mill Road. The project will include two five-story buildings covering 450,000 square feet in its first phase. A second 350,000-square-foot phase is anticipated. Bandwidth also plans a Montessori school, an athletic field, an amphitheater, and more.
Architect for the project is Gensler Architects. Groundbreaking is set for spring 2021 with completion expected in “early 2023,” according to Bandwidth and the developers. Learn more here.
