Gabriel El Hachach joined Raleigh Economic Development in October 2024. He brings experience in hospitality, project management, youth mobilization, and sales analytics, along with international work supporting student leadership and community development in conflict-affected areas at Saint Joseph University and the American University of Beirut. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Sales and Marketing from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) in France and is trilingual in Arabic, English, and French.
