Innovate Raleigh Summit 2018 - A Bold Vision For The Future

This year’s 7th annual Innovate Raleigh Summit brought together nearly 500 attendees of movers and shakers, business leaders and creative minds wanting to advance our innovation ecosystem in the Triangle Region.

WCED’s Bridget Harrington, Innovate Raleigh’s Executive Director was overwhelmed with the amount of support and innovation that flowed out of the Raleigh Convention Center on November 9th. 

The summit involved a series of panel discussions, keynote lectures, presentations, and workshops, that connected attendees in a day-long discussion about the future of funding, our talent pipeline, and fostering an inclusive community. 

Some highlights from the day include Arlan Hamilton, founder of Backstage Capital, leading the morning keynote, Robyn Tomlin, editor of The News & Observer Publishing Company following Arlan, and the closing keynote led by Todd Olson, CEO of Pendo.
