Open-data Startup Competition to Catalyze Positive Community and Economic Impact

NC Datapalooza, an open-data startup competition, will take place on Monday, November 14.  

It’s an event that brings together coders, designers, entrepreneurs, the public and government to create positive change in the community through the use of open data.

After ideation and 7 weeks of work, three teams will compete at the DataPalooza finale on November 14. The winning team will take home a $5,000 cash prize from Esri and three free months of membership to HQ

The event is an initiative of HQ Raleigh and will be hosted at the Red Hat Annex from 5pm-8pm on November 14.
