Raleigh's one of '10 Hot Cities for IT Pros in 2015

Raleigh is one of 10 "Hot Cities for IT Pros in 2015," according to business technology website Information Week.

The elite list is based on data gathered by tech jobs site Dice.com from January 2014 to January 2015. Among metros with at least 500 job listings, the five regions with the highest job-growth increases for the 12-month period ending Jan. 31 are Raleigh (23 percent growth); Portland, Oregon (21 percent); Hartford, Connecticut (14 percent); Washington/Baltimore (14 percent) and Silicon Valley (10 percent).
