When we first launched Work In The Triangle in 2012, we knew that the Triangle was an emerging spot for top talent across the workforce. Our population was growing year over year and Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the surrounding areas were topping lifestyle lists left and right. We knew that the Triangle was the place to be, and we set out to spread the word.

Now 10 years later, global competition for the best and the brightest has only heightened. And as we work with new, relocating and expanding companies considering our region, we hear time and time again that our impressive talent pipeline continues to be a deciding factor.

Building a great team is top of mind for employers and carving out a fulfilling career path and balanced lifestyle has never been more important to individuals. With this in mind, we set out to re-launch Work In The Triangle to not only showcase the vast career opportunities in the region, but also the diversity of communities, cultures, attractions and experiences available here in the Triangle.

This website will serve as an exciting foundation for a robust talent attraction marketing campaign to include digital advertising in target markets across the country, a new video series and a reinvigorated social media presence.
