Cary Named as Most Resilient Economy in the Country

Despite nationwide economic challenges from the last two years, Cary was able to claim the #1 spot for most resilient economy in the country. According to an analysis by SmartAsset, 14 different metrics were used to determine the final rankings among 286 cities. Housing, Social Assistance and Healthcare, and employment were among some of the key metrics gathered for evaluation. Cary holds a housing cost of just 16.38% of the median household income, which is the lowest percentage found across the study. Read more here.
