As reported by The Wall Street Journal, Raleigh ranks as the most promising location to find work for recent college graduates. The study, conducted by ADP Research, weighed cost-of-living-adjusted-wages in 55 U.S metro areas against hiring raters for people who typically have a four-year degree.
Raleigh’s affordability pairs well with wages about the 80th percentile, as well as the best hiring rates for new grads of all metros studied. The highest-ranked cities each boast a concentration of technology, health, and financial firms, as well as access to several universities.
