In a new study by U.S. News & World Report, Raleigh claimed the #1 spot on the list for hottest real estate markets in the country! The analysis was done by comparing multiple metropolitan areas across the nation with exclusive data from the U.S. Housing Market Index. All metros were weighed on a scale from 1-100 based on healthy demand, supply, and financing options. Raleigh racked up the highest score of 71.7%, with a median housing price that was about 15% below the national average.
